Insala Named Rising Star in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Program for Texas

Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX – September 6, 2005 – Insala, a leading global provider of career services and talent management solution technologies, announces today that it has been named a Rising Star in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 program for Texas. The Rising Star award is a special designation for fast-growth technology companies that have been in business just three or four years and is part of the Texas Technology Fast 50 program, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies headquartered in the state. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2002-2004).

“The Deloitte Texas Technology Fast 50 Rising Star companies have shown the strength, vision and temerity to succeed despite a very challenging technology environment,” says Skip Moore, regional managing partner, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Deloitte & Touche LLP. “We applaud the successes of Insala and acknowledge their place as one of the few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over the past three years.”

"Every person on the Insala team is proud of this recognition of our strong performance over the past few years. We are equally appreciative of Deloitte and it’s Texas Technology Fast 50 program. It provides measurement and recognition for high growth and high potential organizations based on merit through a public forum,” says Phillip C. Roark, Insala President and CEO, “and that is very important to an organically grown entrepreneurial environment like ours.”

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star program, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2002 and $1,000,000 in 2004, be headquartered in North America, and be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.

Rising Star winners are automatically entered in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 Rising Star category. Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 program ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over five years (2000–2004). Its Rising Star ranking is based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2002–2004).
