Insala Demonstrates Technology at The Conference Board Strategic E-HR Conference

Insala career management platform technology was presented at The Conference Board Strategic E-HR Conference in Marina del Rey, California, March 2-3, 2005. The topic, Using Technology to Add Value Throughout the Organization, included a demonstration of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute’s online Career Centre, an online career management and transition system providing CFA Institute’s members and candidates resources and tools to assist them in proactively managing their careers.

This unique online resource, built on Insala platform technology, provides the first ever career transition system available to association members in 12 languages with the innovative ability to purchase professional coaching/consulting time, validated assessment tools and results interpretation via a retail model. All CFA members receive free access to a variety of tools and then are able to upgrade to a more rich and robust platform for a small recurring monthly fee.

Matt Adams, Insala Chief Administrative Officer, conducted a product demonstration of the Career Centre, in conjunction with Chip Deale, Vice President for CFA and Susan Diamond, Managing Principal of Career Resources Consortium (CRC). “This is truly an innovation in career management services,” stated Adams. “Developing the first online service available to the members and candidates of an organization such as CFA has been quite an experience. Over the next two years Insala, the CFA Institute, and CRC plan to expand the service offering into the Asian - Pacific Rim, and South American markets.
