Insala, a leading global provider of web based software for organizations implementing career development and talent management initiatives, is currently seeking a high performance individual to join the passionate, creative, and fun Insala Team in our London Office. Applicants should desire a challenging, technologically advanced, fast paced growth environment to fill the Business Analyst position.
General responsibilities include: Develops an understanding of the scope of the project through involvement with the Client, Business Development Manager and/or Project Manager at the needs analysis stage and/or requirements gathering stage. -Conducts requirements gathering meeting and an analysis of technical requirements to achieve project objectives. -Works with the technology team to design and/or review use cases and storyboards if required. -Writes the functional specification documents. -Works in collaboration with the Business Development Manager, Project Manager and Technology team to accomplish deliverables. -Ensures the final product meets the requirements and specification of the client by conducting quality assurance testing -Creates client training guides and delivers the administration training. -Provides weekly status reports -Updates project tracking system OnTime with progress. -Attends post implementation review with all relevant stakeholders from the client organization and internal project team members -Identifies and escalates exceptions and issues to the Project Manager if needed. -Identifies opportunities for process improvements and submits them to the product improvement process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area e.g. Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems or 3 years experience working with implementing Insala’s proprietary software Employmenttalk™.com and/or iCareerManager™ Skills and Experience: 2+ years of HRIS or HRMS implementation experience an advantage Experience writing technical documents such as functional specifications - essential High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Mid level knowledge of SQL Database queries and Visual Studio.net required Ability to adapt to new technologies/methodologies Detail oriented with ability to work independently and in team environment Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Good personal work ethic and organization skills Excellent customer service skills with high personal integrity Background in business analysis, client relationship building, quality management, time management, tracking and evaluation Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience and local market plus private Healthcare, gym membership, matched pension contribution, eye care voucher, 25 days paid time off per year, quarterly success sharing and casual dress work environment.
