General responsibilities: - Designs and recommends technical solutions - Assists in thought leadership around the application of emerging technologies - Develops new online systems and supports existing software within the ASP.NET environment - Assists with complex programming assignments within the development team - Codes programs, prepares test data, and tests and debugs programs - Implements time-sensitive updates to websites based on client requests - Participates in constructive code reviews - Contributes to departmental development and process standards - Mentors other developers with best practice methods Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Programming or related field - Minimum 3 years experience in ASP.NET within a software support or development environment - Experience with VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL 2005 and XML.
