Replace an existing, low-end website with a more robust solution that would meet the needs of the Association’s growing international membership and support the Association’s recently launched re-branding effort.
As the “World’s Voice on Career Issues,” ACP International was challenged to provide its membership with a web solution that would meet the expanding needs of its highly professional, global audience of over 2,000 members from 30 countries around the world. ACP International needed to have a website that would be the main resource for information and networking, connecting all of its members around the world.
Insala's specific challenge:
Work with the Association to perform a strategic analysis of their needs, catalyzing the creation of a comprehensive web solution to meet those needs.
Create a web solution to revitalize this professional association’s ability to meet membership needs at the International, National, and Chapter levels, and endorse it’s branding strategy as the “World’s Voice on Career Issues.”
By meeting with designated Association members, Insala brainstormed with ACP International to analyze its needs for a new website. Insala coordinated its efforts with the National Board and a chapter representative to ensure that the International Site, National Site, and Chapter sites were compatible at all levels, while allowing for some individualization.
Insala presented a variety of design options to ACP International. Insala’s understanding of the Career Management Industry enabled them to quickly create solutions that were on target for the organization. Such features include a much improved navigational design, an online Bulletin Board for information exchange, a Chat Room for live communication between members, a “Find an Expert” section where members can list their expertise, and a Professional Development section including a robust collection of resources.
Additionally, Insala’s solution gave ACP International the opportunity to solidify its brand recognition as the “World’s Voice on Career Issues.” Association members, typically experts in many areas of career services, submit information on trends and issues in the Career Management Industry which is viewed not only by members, but by customers and the general public.
ACP International launched a new website which generated immediate, positive feedback from its global membership.
Insala’s expertise and focus on the Career Management Industry enabled them to quickly and easily satisfy the needs of this major industry association. The membership excitement generated by the website launch depicts the success of Insala’s web solutions.
