Project Management
A well designed plan including the deliverables, roles and responsibilities for both the process design consultant, the client organization and the technology team in the creation of an integrated solution is managed by the Insala Project Management Office. Insala follows the phases of the Microsoft Solutions Framework project management methodology and has defined processes for each stage of the client engagement. This combines elements of a typical consultancy cycle and project management methodology.

Response times of two business hours is standard for the various support issues that come up during normal business hours. We provide customized information including the development of relevant job leads, company research and industry research as an additional service to customers who require career related research. All research is performed by a team of trained researchers, including business reference librarians with MLS degrees, and all data is emailed to the candidate/user within 24-48 hours of each request. Typical research, customized to each individual request, includes industry and job trends, industry and job outlooks, industry products and services, industry terminology, available positions currently open within a particular geography, company contact information and much more.
