Mentor and Mentee Training: Types and Formats

Full workshop: The full mentoring training workshop is delivered in person over either a half day or a full day. Mentors, mentees, and managers are engaged in interactive discussions, Q&A, and roleplay to prepare them to the fullest degree to take on their mentoring roles.
Facilitated webinar: The facilitated webinar is a good option for those who are working with scheduling constraints, but still wish to provide their mentoring participants with an interactive workshop, delivered remotely in webinar format.
Online mentor and mentee training modules: For those who want to provide mentoring tips and best practices resources to their mentors and mentees, our online mentoring training modules provide not only our knowledge base of videos and articles, but also competency assessments to ensure that your mentors are truly ready for their roles. Mentoring Training: Benefits
Training for Mentoring Program Administrators
Leadership - Mentoring program administrators are trained to lead and facilitate a successful mentoring initiative before the program starts.
Program Responsibilities - Conduct pre-program mentoring training to help program administrators understand their responsibilities, what they themselves gain from coordinating the program and supervising program participants, and what the mentors and mentees should gain from participating in the program.
Training Programs for Mentors and Mentees
Role Definition - Enable mentors and mentees to focus on each aspect of their role with confidence and vision by addressing any questions or concerns that mentors or mentees may have.
Program Tools - Create custom mentoring learning plans to serve as the basis of interaction between each mentor-mentee pair, and address any potential problems well before the program is implemented.

Role Definition - Ensure the success of the mentor-mentee relationship by defining for managers and supervisors their roles in the program, the nature of the mentor-mentee relationship, and the concept of mentoring overall.
