In recent years, there has been a shift in the type of relationship that organizations have with their exiting employees. While historically these individuals would not be given a second thought, now organizations are looking at the benefits of continuing to engage and even provide helpful resources through their corporate alumni network. To some, it may seem strange that an organization would provide career transition services to their alumni.
