Online Mentor Training

Your mentor may have years of expertise, but do they have the competencies to be a good mentor? Do they know how to motivate and influence their mentee? Can they communicate well? Can they help their mentee set smart (and S.M.A.R.T) goals? How are their coaching skills?

These are just some of the questions that not only you should be asking of the potential mentors in your mentoring program, but they should be asking of themselves.
