Camp Katy

The change in education due to the pandemic has forced Black and Hispanic students into greater risk of falling behind, decreasing college readiness, deepening the summer slide, and widening the prison-to-school pipeline. Camp Katy is a full day of STEAM-based enrichment programs integrating mind-body academic activities to move students forward academically, socially, and emotionally.

Ethiopian Education Foundation

Ethiopian Education Foundation (EEF) helps destitute children gain access to university education as a pathway out of poverty. EEF is an effective child sponsorship charity program, that produces measurable and sustainable results year after year without wasting any money on admin.

Since starting in 2004 they have achieved some amazing results, for example, 19 of their students are now medical doctors across Ethiopia. Insala sponsors a 12th grade student who is interested in electrical engineering.
