Mentor Matching - Set your own matching criteria to help you make the best possible mentor-mentee matches. Alternatively, you can enable mentees to select their own mentor matches.
Customization and Integration - Easily customize our software's user interface to reflect your brand, integrate with your existing LMS and HRIS software, and work in tandem with our other solutions for career development, coaching, alumni, and career transition.
Automated Email Messages - From our set of recommended templates, we will help you set up all the automated emails needed. Email notifications include help guiding the mentee to find a mentor. Once the relationship has been tips and advice can be sent out automatically to help guide the mentee and mentor to make the most of the relationship.
Mentorship Success Tracking - From a recommended survey templates, send feedback surveys and generate recommended reports to measure success and track progress.
For the Mentor and Mentee
Mentor Matching - If mentor-mentee matches are not made by the program administrator, mentees may request mentors from a list of most qualified mentors to meet their development needs. Each qualifed mentor has a rating on how qualified and their profile information.
Communication - Mentors and mentees can communicate effectively for the duration of their partnership using our software. Mentors and mentees can share notes and documents, such as mentoring agreements and learning plans, and use our goal-setting and goal-tracking tools to keep track of their own progress.
Access to Mentoring Training Content - Mentors and mentees have access to engaging videos and content to help understand their new role, recommended steps to complete while in a mentorship and useful tips.
