New hire will be instrumental to meeting aggressive growth targets

RICHARDSON, Texas - Feb. 14, 2023 - Insala, a mentoring, coaching, career development, career transition, and alumni management solution for global enterprise organizations, today announced the hiring of Rich Gavagan to lead North America sales and channel partner relationships.

Gavagan comes to Insala with more than 20 years of experience in sales and executive leadership, and a history of building high-performing sales organizations. He was a President's Club member 14 times and Salesman of the Year six times .

"It was vital to recruit top-notch talent to meet our aggressive growth goals," said Insala Chief Operating Officer Taito Nakagawa. "Rich will be instrumental in increasing our market share locally and entering new markets."
